1. Introduction
Welcome to the "Unreasonable Roadmap" online course ("the Course") hosted on Kajabi by Unstoppable Force Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Course.
2. Eligibility
To enrol in the Course, you must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Enrolment: To enrol in the Course, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees.
3.2 Fees: All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via the payment methods available on the Kajabi platform.
3.3 Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your request.
4. Access to Course Materials
4.1 Licence: Upon enrolment and payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 Restrictions: You must not share, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course materials without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Unstoppable Force Ltd and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You must not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
6. Privacy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By enrolling in the Course, you consent to such collection and processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstoppable Force Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Course.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Kajabi platform. Your continued use of the Course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
